THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE HIGHER EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR BEAUTY AND WELLNESS PROFESSIONALS ALLOWING THEM TO BECOME WELL-ROUNDED INDIVIDUALS AND ENJOY LONG-TERM, SUCCESSFUL CAREERS IN THE BEAUTY AND WELLNESS INDUSTRY. THE FOUNDATION INTENDS TO PARTNER WITH LEADING ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS IN THE CREATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF A HIGHER EDUCATION PROGRAM FOR BEAUTY PROFESSIONALS, DESIGN THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM THAT WILL LEAD TO AN INTERDISCIPLINARY ASSOCIATE IN APPLIED SCIENCE AND/OR BACHELOR OF APPLIED SCIENCE DEGREE, AND PROVIDE RESOURCES THROUGH SCHOLARSHIPS AND OTHER FINANCIAL AID TO STUDENTS IN THE COSMETOLOGY FIELD AND OTHERS INTERESTED IN THE BEAUTY AND WELLNESS PROFESSION. THE FOUNDATION ALSO SUPPORT STUDENTS IN PREPARATION FOR THE HIGHER EDUCATION PATHWAY.

Part 3 - Line 4a

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED FULL SCHOLARSHIPS FOR A HIGHER EDUCATION DEGREE, INCLUDING TUITION, BOOKS, FEES, TO 46 STUDENTS. THESE STUDENTS HAVE SINCE GRADUATED WITH ASSOCIATE DEGREES IN APPLIED SCIENCE FROM MESA COMMUNITY COLLEGE. OVER 22 STUDENTS WILL GRADUATE IN SPRING OF 2024 WITH A BACHELOR OF SCIENCE DEGREE.LEAD HAVE INTRODUCED AND ADVISED OVER THREE THOUSAND STUDENTS TO THE LEAD HIGHER EDUCATION DEGREE PATHWAY. OVER THREE HUNDRED STUDENTS ENROLLED IN OUR HIGHER EDUCATION DEGREE PROGRAM.LEAD GLOBAL INNOVATIVE COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY DEGREE PROGRAM PATHWAY IS THE FIRST OF ITS KIND WORLDWIDE AND HAS BEEN NOMINATED IN NOVEMBER OF 2023 FOR THE UNITED NATION GLOBAL INNOVATION AND SDG AWARD.THE ORGANIZATION HAS PRODUCED AN EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTARY FILM, WHICH WILL BE DISTRIBUTED THROUGH NETFLIX, AMAZON, HULU AND MANY OTHER STREAMING SERVICES AND DISTRIBUTION PLATFORMS.
