IN FISCAL YEAR 2019, OUR ORGANIZATION SERVED 1,270 ADULTS LIVING WITH MENTAL ILLNESS AND/OR SUBSTANCE USE CHALLENGES RESIDING IN SOUTHEASTERN AZ COCHISE, GRAHAM, GREENLEE, SANTA CRUZ COUNTIES. SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE PEER SUPPORT, LIFE SKILLS TRAINING, HEALTH WELLNESS PROMOTION, SOCIALIZATION, EMPLOYMENT SERVICES AND TRANSPORTATION TO APPOINTMENTS. THESE INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT AND REHABILITATION SERVICES ARE AIMED AT HELPING THEM ATTAIN AND/OR MAINTAIN THEIR RECOVERY.
