TO SUPPORT APPLIED LEARNING IN OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM THROUGH SCHOLARSHIPS AND DONATED ELECTRONICS TECHNOLOGY AND TO PROVIDE REFURBISHED EQUIPMENT TO EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.

WE DISTRIBUTED 3,578 COMPUTERS TO TITLE I SCHOOLS, TITLE I STUDENTS, AND NON-PROFITS. IN ADDITION TO THE COMPUTERS, AZ STRUT ALSO DONATED LCD MONITORS, SWITCHES, ROUTERS, RACK SYSTEMS, SMART BOARDS, LCD PROJECTORS AND PRINTERS. THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF ITEMS DONATED TO SCHOOLS, NON-PROFITS, AND TITLE 1 STUDENTS WAS 385,530 BASED ON SALES OF COMPARABLE ITEMS. THE MATERIAL COMPONENT OF THE DONATED ITEMS WAS 250,595, AND THE ESTIMATED VALUE OF THE LABOR USED TO ASSEMBLE AND REFURBISH THE DONATED ITEMS WAS 134,936. WE SAVED 426,000 POUNDS OF E-WASTE FROM THE LANDFILL. WE TAUGHT 349 TECHIE CAMP STUDENTS, AND WE SUPPORTED 2,273 STUDENTS IN TECHIE LABS.
