DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT AND EVALUATE A COLLABORATIVE E-LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AS A MEANS OF ASSISTING COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENTS IN MEETING THEIR TRAINING DEMANDS IN A TIME OF BUDGETARY SHORTFALLS. PROVIDES THE STAFF OF PARTICIPATING AGENCIES AND PROGRAMS WITH THE ABILITY TO ACCESS A NUMBER OF E-LEARNING COURSES FROM THEIR DESKTOP OR LAP TOP, AT WORK OR AT HOME.THE COLLABORATIVE IS AN ALLIANCE OF FOURTEEN COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ANDCORRECTIONS AGENCIES FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY.
