HOUSING: TAKE CHARGE AMERICA HELPED NEARLY 400 ARIZONANS IN FISCAL YEAR 2022 THROUGH A WIDE RANGE OF HUD-APPROVED HOUSING COUNSELING AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES. TCA OFFERS SERVICES DESIGNED FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL'S NEEDS, WHETHER THEY RENT, OWN, OR WANT TO BUY. SPECIALIZED COUNSELING IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR THOSE NEEDING RENTAL ASSISTANCE OR GUIDANCE IN RESOLVING DELINQUENCIES IN PAST DUE RENT AND MORTGAGE PAYMENTS. THE ORGANIZATION WORKS WITH A HOUSING INTERMEDIARY TO OBTAIN HUD GRANT FUNDS TO PROVIDE TO CLIENTS.
