HOUSING: TAKE CHARGE AMERICA HELPED NEARLY 610 ARIZONANS IN FISCAL YEAR 2024 THROUGH A WIDE RANGE OF HUD-APPROVED HOUSING COUNSELING AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES. TCA OFFERS SERVICES DESIGNED FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL'S NEEDS, WHETHER THEY RENT, OWN, OR WANT TO BUY. SPECIALIZED COUNSELING IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR THOSE NEEDING RENTAL ASSISTANCE OR GUIDANCE IN RESOLVING DELINQUENCIES IN PAST DUE RENT AND MORTGAGE PAYMENTS. THE ORGANIZATION WORKS WITH A HOUSING INTERMEDIARY TO OBTAIN HUD GRANT FUNDS TO PROVIDE TO CLIENTS.
STUDENT LOAN COUNSELING: TCA'S CERTIFIED COUNSELORS HELPED FEDERAL STUDENT LOAN BORROWERS NAVIGATE THE VARIOUS REPAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO DETERMINE THE BEST OPTION FOR EACH SPECIFIC SITUATION.
