THE GLOBAL EQUITY ORGANIZATION (GEO) IS A MEMBER-FOUNDED AND MEMBER-DRIVEN NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO ADVANCING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF EQUITY COMPENSATION WORLDWIDE THROUGH A GLOBAL COMMUNITY OF WELL-INFORMED PROFESSIONALS.

ANNUAL CONFERENCETHE 23RD ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE GLOBAL EQUITY ORGANIZATION (GEO) WAS HELD IN CHICAGO, IL IN APRIL 2022. THE CONFERENCE ATTRACTED APPROXIMATELY 275 DELEGATES FROM 12 COUNTRIES FOR A MEETING THAT INCLUDED MORE THAN 50 EDUCATIONAL, NETWORKING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES. IN TOTAL, THE CONFERENCE PROVIDED MORE THAN 40 HOURS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPTIONS FOR DELEGATES.


WEB BASED EDUCATION AND VIRTUAL LOCAL CHAPTER MEETINGS GEO CONTINUED TO SUPPORT OUR MISSION TO BRING SHARE PLAN EDUCATION TO PARTICIPANTS AROUND THE GLOBE WITH A FOCUS ON REGULAR, RECURRING LIVE WEB-BASED SESSIONS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, PRODUCED BOTH REGIONALLY BY GEO'S LOCAL CHAPTERS AND FROM THE ORGANIZATION CENTRALLY. IN 2022, THE ORGANIZATION SERVED OUR GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP OF NEARLY 5,000 MEMBERS WITH FREE PROGRAMMING THAT INCLUDED WEBCASTS, VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON LOCAL CHAPTER MEETINGS AS WELL AS GEO'S NORTHERN CALIFORNIA FORUM, AUSTRALIA REGIONAL SUMMER SERIES AND THE PAN EUROPEAN REGIONAL EVENT HELD IN LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM.


MEMBER RESOURCESIN ADDITION TO OUR GEOGRAPHICALLY DIVERSE CONFERENCE AND REGIONAL EVENTS, GEO PROVIDED OUR MEMBERS A SUITE OF SERVICES INCLUDING ON DEMAND EDUCATION VIA OUR LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, OUR WEEKLY GEONEWS E-NEWSLETTER, OUR REPOSITORY OF GLOBAL SHARE PLAN INFORMATION HOUSED ON THE GEO WEBSITE AND UPDATED DAILY, OUR ANNUAL GLOBAL EQUITY INSIGHTS SURVEY (AVAILABLE TO GEO MEMBERS), UNLIMITED ACCESS TO OUR PRIVATE ONLINE COMMUNITY, GEOCONNECT, WHERE MEMBERS CAN ASK AND ANSWER QUESTIONS WITH COLLEAGUES AROUND THE WORLD 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK AND OUR SELECTION OF HONORARY AND VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS SUCH AS GEO FELLOWS AND GEO AWARDS, AND VARIOUS VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES.
