IN 2023, THIS ORGANIZATION PROVIDED HOUSING TO THE ELDERLY AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH THE OPERATION OF A 58-UNIT HUD 202 MULTIFAMILY HOUSING COMMUNITY IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED DECENT, SAFE AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO 73 RESIDENTS: 1% BETWEEN THE AGES 18-61 (NON-ELDERLY, DISABLED); 60% BETWEEN THE AGES 62-81; AND 39% BETWEEN THE AGES 82-93. HONG NING HOUSE EMPLOYED A SERVICE COORDINATOR WHO PROVIDED RESOURCES OR ASSISTANCE TO RESIDENTS ON TOPICS INCLUDING: CASE MANAGEMENT, EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, HOME DELIVERED MEALS, FOOD BANK PROGRAMS, CRISIS INTERVENTION AND SUPPORTIVE COUNSELING, CITIZENSHIP, TRANSPORTATION, TRANSLATION, HEALTHCARE SERVICES, SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE, HOME MANAGEMENT, FAMILY SUPPORT AND PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE/DELIVERY.
