ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO MONITOR THE RIGHTS OF MEMBERS TO PRACTICE BY ATTENDING BOARD OF ACCOUNTANCY MEETINGS AND WATCHING FOR LAWS OR RULES THAT WOULD IMPACT THE INDIVIDUALS RIGHT TO PRACTICE ACCOUNTING AND TAX PREPARATION IN ARIZONA. DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, THE ORGANIZATION WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN 100 MEMBERSHIP AND PROVIDE ONLINE TRAINING AND IN-PERSON TRAINING WITH MULTIPLE SPEAKERS USING ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES MEMBERS WITH INFORMATION ON BOTH FEDERAL AND STATE TAX LEGISLATION AND CHANGES TO THE LAW.
