ADHEARS TO THE MISSION OF LIONS INTERNATIONAL "WE SERVE" WHICH INCLUDES EMPOWERING VOLUNTEERS TO SERVE THEIR COMMUNITIES AND MEET HUMANITARIAN NEEDS, INCLUDING AIDING THE VISUALLY IMPARED, HEARING IMPARED AND HANDICAPPED WITH FUNDS FROM FUND RAISING PROJECTS. THE CLUB AIDS THE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPARED THROUGH PERSONAL SERVICE AND THROUGH DONATIONS TO 501-C(3)ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS LIONS VISION CENTER, RECORDING FOR THE BLIND/DYSLEXIC, LIONS FOUNDATIONS, BY COLLECTING EYEGLASSES, DELIVERING EYES FOR TRANSPLANT, TO THE UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL, PARTICIPATING IN "FLAGS FOR FIRST GRADERS", ASSISTING AND DONATING TO CAMP TATIYEE, A CAMP FOR PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED CHILDREN AND BY PAYING FOR EYEGLASSES FOR NEEDY SCHOOL CHILDREN WHO NEED EYEGLASSES.
