SEE SCHEDULE OPREMIER ALLIANCES, INC. CONTINUED TO MEET ITS STATED MISSION THROUGHOUT THE 2021 FISCAL YEAR BY PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH ADDITIONAL NEEDS. DURING THAT TIME PERIOD, PREMIER ALLIANCES EMPLOYED UP TO 43 PEOPLE, 34 OF WHICH HAD A DIAGNOSED DISABILITY. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDED ONGOING ENGLISH LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT FOR INTERESTED EMPLOYEES AND TECHNOLOGY LITERACY COURSES.ADDITIONAL EFFORTS INCLUDED THE LAUNCH OF THE FOUNDERS SCHOLARSHIP, WHICH PROVIDES INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR CARETAKERS WITH FUNDING TO OFFSET TUITION COSTS FOR COLLEGE AND CERTIFICATE-LEVEL PROGRAMS. TWO INDIVIDUALS WERE AWARDED $2,000 IN TUITION SUPPORT, WITH ANOTHER ROUND OF SCHOLARSHIPS SET TO BE AWARDED IN THE SPRING OF 2021.DURING THE 2021 FISCAL YEAR, PREMIER ALLIANCES ALSO CONTINUED TO OPERATE THE EDUCATION/CONFERENCE CENTER ON OUR BISBEE CAMPUS. THIS PROFESSIONAL MEETING SPACE PROVIDES A LOCATION FOR INTERNAL TRAINING AND PROGRAMMING, AND IS ALSO MADE AVAILABLE TO OTHER AREA NONPROFIT PARTNERS FOR TRAINING, PROGRAMMING, AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.ALSO DURING THE 2021 FISCAL YEAR, PREMIER ALLIANCES HAS NEARED COMPLETION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FOUNDERS GARDEN, A 30,000 SQUARE FOOT THERAPEUTIC GARDEN SPACE LOCATED ON OUR CAMPUS IN BISBEE, ARIZONA. A PRIVATE SPACE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, THE FOUNDERS GARDEN WILL SERVE AS A HEALING SPACE FOR THE COMMUNITY, AS WELL AS A LOCATION FOR DAY PROGRAMMING FOR OUR FELLOW NONPROFIT PARTNERS WHO ALSO SERVE INDIVIDUALS WITH ADDITIONAL NEEDS.
