THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSES ARE TO (I) ADVANCE EDUCATION THROUGH ASSISTING EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING AND EDUCATING SUCH INSTITUTIONS ON HOW TO BETTER PROVIDE EDUCATION TO THE VETERAN STUDENT POPULATION; (II) INSTRUCT THE PUBLIC ON HOW EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING MAY BETTER ASSIST SERVICE MEN AND WOMEN, AS WELL AS THEIR CONNECTED FAMILIES, TRANSITION FROM SERVICE TO HIGHER EDUCATION AND FUTURE CAREERS; AND (III) PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE THROUGH HELPING DEVELOP INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING SO THAT THE INSTITUTIONS ARE BETTER EQUIPPED TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO THE VETERAN POPULATION.
