NATIONAL PLAN TO END POVERTY: OUR SYSTEMATIC CHANGE MODEL- THE NATIONAL PLAN TO END POVERTY - REDIFINES AND MEASURES WHAT "POVERTY" MEANS, OFFERS CONCRETE STEPS THAT INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS CAN TAKE TO END POVERTY, AND CREATES A COMMUNITY OF ACTORS FROM ALL SECTORS THAT WORKS TOGETHER TO CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE.
INSTITUTE STAFF PROVIDES ADVICE AND GUIDANCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: START-UP, STRATEGIC PLANNING; DEVELOPMENT; CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR); AND OUTCOMES-BASED PROGRAMING (OP), ADVISEMENT SERVICES ARE TARGETED TOWARD INDIVIDUALS WITH LIVED EXPERIENCE AND NEW ORGANIZATIONS SERVING IN AREAS OF NEED.
