DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING OF THE AD WORKBENCH, WHICH WILL SYSTEMATIZE AND CLASSIFY THE BODY OF SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE RELATED TO ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND RELATED DEMENTIAS IN ORDER TO PRESENT IT IN A USEFUL FORM. THE AD WORKBENCH HAS PERMISSIONED ACCESS TO 37 DATASETS; IT WILL ALLOW RESEARCHERS TO MORE EASILY UTILIZE THIS DATA AND PROVIDE RESOURCES AND TOOLS AT NO COST TO THE RESEARCHERS.
USE OF THE AD WORKBENCH AND RELATED ACTIVITY TO CONDUCT AD RESEARCH AND SUPPORT OTHERS' RESEARCH BY PROVIDING A DATA SHARING TOOLS AND RESOURCES. ABOUT 2,125 ALZHEIMER'S AND RELATED DEMENTIA RESEARCHERS FROM 79 COUNTRIES HAVE REGISTERED FOR AN ACCOUNT TO USE THE AD WORKBENCH TO DISCOVER, ACCESS, AND ANALYZE ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND RELATED DEMENTIAS DATASETS. ABOUT 217 WORKSPACES HAVE BEEN COMMISSIONED, INCLUDING 117 MULTI-USER WORKSPACES, AND 104 REQUESTS MADE TO ACCESS DATASETS ON THE AD WORKBENCH.
COMMUNICATIONS AND ADVOCACY REGARDING THE NEED FOR AD RESEARCH AND THE DATA SOURCES, RESOURCES AND METHODOLOGIES AVAILABLE FOR CONDUCTING IT. ADDI PROVIDED VIRTUAL SPONSORSHIP OF 6 CONFERENCES, ORGANIZED THE ADDI ALZHEIMER'S DETECTION CHALLENGE WITH 207 PARTICIPANTS FROM 65 COUNTRIES, AND DEVELOPED ITS WEBSITE CONTENT AND MESSAGING.
