THE ST. MARY'S HOLDING COMPANY HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED TO OVERSEE THE OPERATIONS OF ST. MARY'S ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY, LLC. ST. MARY'S HOLDING COMPANY IS THE SOLE MEMBER OF ST. MARY'S ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY, LLC. AS A SINGLE MEMBER LLC, ST. MARY'S ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY IS A DISREGARDED ENTITY FOR TAX PURPOSES. ST. MARY'S ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY IS IN THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPING AND CONSTRUCTING A DEDICATED MEMORY CARE ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY TO CARE FOR THE ADULT POPULATION OF SOUTHERN MARYLAND. RECENT PROGRESS HAS INCLUDED THE PURCHASE OF A 21 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND, AND ANNEXATION OF THE LAND INTO THE LOCAL TOWNSHIP FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING PUBLIC WATER AND SEWER SERVICE TO THE PROPERTY. ZONING MODIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEW BUILDING, AND SITE PLAN APPROVAL HAS BEEN RECEIVED. FINAL REVIEW OF GENERAL CONTRACTOR PROPOSALS IS CURRENTLY BEING CONDUCTED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW FACILITY.
