ATLANTA MISSION SUPPORT CORPORATION SUPPORTS ATLANTA UNION MISSION BY COMPLETING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE ACTIVITIES. THE CURRENTLY-CONTEMPLATED ACTIVITIES ARE TO (I) BORROW FUNDS FROM THIRD-PARTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ENTERPRISES, (II) RECEIVE A CONTRIBUTION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND IMPROVEMENTS CURRENTLY OWNED BY THE MISSION, (III) USE THE LOAN PROCEEDS TO FINANCE THE DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW FACILITY THAT WILL PROVIDE FRONT-LINE EMERGENCY SHELTER AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR HOMELESS WOMEN AND CHILDREN, TO BE LOCATED AT 655 ETHEL STREET, IN ATLANTA, GEORGIA (THE PROJECT), AND (IV) LEASE THE PROJECT TO THE MISSION FOR THE MISSION TO OPERATE, ALL IN SUPPORT AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MISSION.
