THE ORGANIZATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR EXEMPT PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED.
