PUBLIC OUTREACH- EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC, LEGISLATORS AND REGULATORS ON THE LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMUNITIES' FINANCIAL CRISES RELATED TO THE "DEFUND THE POLICE" MOVEMENT BEING PURSUED IN MANY OF OUR NATION'S URBAN COMMUNITIES AND TO SEEK THE GENERAL PUBLIC'S ATTITUDES AND CONCERNS REGARDING LAW ENFORCEMENT'S ACTIVITIES. TO ENCOURAGE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRY SAFETY PROGRAMS AND TRAINING REGIMENTS. MONITOR FEDERAL AND STATE LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY ACTIVITY AFFECTING LAW ENFORCEMENT AND THEREBY, REPRESENT THE LAW ENFORCEMENT'S INTERESTS TO ELECTED OFFICIALS.
