BLACK PRODUCT MANAGERS MADE A MASSIVE IMPACT IN 2021. SPECIFICALLY, WE LAUNCHED OUR FIRST EVER LEVEL UP PROGRAM GEARED TOWARD HELPING BLACK PRODUCT MANAGERS UP LEVEL THEIR SKILLS. IN OUR 8 WEEK PROGRAM, WE HAD 58 PARTICIPANTS, (95%+ATTENDANCE WEEKLY). WE ALSO PARTNERED WITH 8 TOP TECH FIRMS IN THE BAY AREA AND HOSTED 16 PRODUCT WORKSHOPS FOR OUR MEMBERS. IN TOTAL, IN 2021 WE HELPED 100 UNDERREPRESENTED PROFESSIONALS LAND JOB OFFERS AND HAVE OFFICIALLY GROWN OUR COMMUNITY TO 1700+ MEMBERS.
