LEAD'S GOAL IS TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF WOMEN ELECTED OR APPOINTED TO LEADERSHIP POSITIONS IN LOUISIANA BY BREAKING DOWN BARRIERS, CREATIGN A STATEWIDE NETWORK AND PROVIDING TOOLS TO GIVE WOMEN A LEG UP WHEN RUNNING FOR OR BEING APPOINTED TO OFFICE.
