FULL MISSION STATEMENT: WE IMPROVE PUBLIC HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR NATIVE AMERICAN COMMUNITIES THROUGH EDUCATION, RESEARCH, AND COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS. NATIVE AMERICAN COMMUNITIES EXPERIENCE SOME OF THE WORST PUBLIC HEALTH OUTCOMES IN THE UNITED STATES, A PATTERN THAT IS LINKED TO LAND SEIZURE, FORCED CULTURAL ASSIMILATION, AND ABUSE OF THE INDIGENOUS ECOSYSTEM. REDBUD HELPS ORGANIZATIONS, INSTITUTIONS, AND EMPLOYERS BECOME VALUED PARTNERS WITH NATIVE PEOPLES AND THEIR COMMUNITIES. OUR PROGRAMS UTILIZE PUBLIC HEALTH AND EDUCATION RESEARCH TO EMPOWER CHANGE BY FILLING KNOWLEDGE GAPS AND IMPROVE OUTCOMES FOR COMMUNITIES EXPERIENCING CHRONIC DISPARITIES.
