TO PROVIDE FUNDS OR SPECIFIC BEQUESTS TO DESERVING TOWN OF TOLLAND, STATE OF CONNECTICUT, TOLLAND HIGH SCHOOL ("TOLLAND HIGH") SENIOR CLASS MEMBERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING THEM IN PAYING FOR THE COST TO ATTEND A SCHOOL, COLLEGE OR OTHER ACCREDITED LEARNING INSTITUTION UPON GRADUATION FROM TOLLAND HIGH, THEREBY ALLOWING THESE INDIVIDUALS TO FURTHER DEVELOP THEIR POTENTIAL, REACH THEIR GOALS, INCREASE THEIR EARNING POWER, AND ENHANCE THEIR INDEPENDENCE, DIGNITY AND SELF-ESTEEM.
