FELLOWSHIP AND ALUMNI PROGRAM: THE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM BEGINS WITH A STRATEGIC AND THOUGHTFUL GLOBAL SEARCH FOR EMERGING SOCIAL LEADERS WHO ARE PROXIMATE TO THE COMMUNITIES THEY SERVE; BRING A DIVERSITY OF TALENT ACROSS ETHNIC, GENDER, RELIGIOUS, AND ECONOMIC BACKGROUNDS; AND EXHIBIT SUCCESS INDICATORS BEYOND A TRADITIONAL BUSINESS PLAN AND FORMAL DEGREE, SUCH AS A LIFELONG COMMITMENT TO LEADERSHIP AND SOCIAL CHANGE. THROUGH A COMPETITIVE GLOBAL SEARCH, ECHOING GREEN IDENTIFIED TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERS WHO ARE OFTEN OVERLOOKED AND UNDERFUNDED BY TRADITIONAL INVESTMENT INSTITUTIONS. IN SUPPORTING ALUMNI, ECHOING GREEN PROVIDES FOLLOW-ON FUNDING GRANTS, NEARLY $4M, IN FISCAL YEAR 2023 AS AN ADDITIONAL CAPITAL INVESTMENT TO LEADERS BATTLING GLOBAL INEQUITY.ECHOING GREEN CREATED THE SIGNAL FUND DURING FISCAL YEAR 2023. THE SIGNAL FUND IS STRUCTURED TO MAKE CATALYTIC CAPITAL AVAILABLE TO ECHOING GREEN'S SOCIAL IMPACT LEADERS WHO HAVE DEVELOPED THEIR ORGANIZATIONS OVER FIVE TO TEN YEARS.
