SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS FOR STUDENTS FROM AROUND CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN TO STUDY OUTSIDE THEIR HOME COUNTRY. INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FULBRIGHT PROGRAM, WHICH PROVIDES GRANTS FOR INDIVIDUAL GRADUATE STUDY IN THE UNITED STATES.
UNIVERSITY INNOVATION PROGRAMS THAT FOCUS ON IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS THROUGH INNOVATION IN LEADERSHIP & GOVERNANCE, TEACHING & LEARNING, AND QUALITY ASSURANCE.
