THE ORGANIZATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED TO FOSTER AMATEUR SPORTS COMPETITION.

PROVIDING FUNDS (AS SCHOLARSHIPS AND /OR GRANTS) TO ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED YOUTH SOCCER PLAYERS WHO ARE ENROLLED IN BOTH INSTRUCTIONAL AND COMPETITIVE SOCCER PROGRAMS, THEREBY GRANTING HARTFORD YOUTH THE MEANS TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCCER ACTIVITIES.
EDUCATING LOCAL YOUTH PARTICULARLY ON THE SUBJECT OF HEALTH, FITNESS, SAFETY, NUTRITION, AND THE ENVIRONMENT AND FACILITATING THE YOUTH'S DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH EDUCATION THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN INTERNSHIPS AND WORK/ STUDY/SKILL OPPORTUNITIES.
