THE PURPOSE AND MISSION OF TEXAS RANGER 2023 INC. (TR2023) IS TO ORGANIZE, PROMOTE AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE HISTORY AND BICENTENNIAL OF THE TEXAS RANGERS (RANGERS), ONE OF THE BEST-KNOW HISTORICAL SYMBOLS OF TEXAS. TR2023 IS A COLLABORATION BETWEEN THE TEXAS RANGER HALL OF FAME AND MUSEUM (TRHFM), THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOUNDATION (DPSF), AND THE TEXAS RANGER ASSOCIATION FOUNDATION (TRAF), ALL OF WHICH ARE NON-PROFITS. THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION (PSC) HAS DESIGNATED TR2023 AS THE EXCLUSIVE ENTITY TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE PSC TO SANCTION EVENTS, ITEMS AND BE THE STEWARD FOR THE BICENTENNIAL.
