CAPACITY BUILDING TO SCALE UP TO THE AMOUNT OF DEMAND RECEIVED DURING COVID AND RACIAL JUSTICE MOVEMENT. WORKED ON STRATEGIES TO SECURE ADDITIONAL EXECUTIVE POSITIONS AND PROGRAM STAFF POSITIONS, HR MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT TRAINING, AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION.
TRANS SUPPORT DIRECT SERVICE TO ASSIST TRANSGENDER PEOPLE GET THE RESOURCES THEY NEED FREE OF DISCRIMINATION. WE HELPED TO LOCATE, PROVIDE AND CONNECT THE COMMUNITY WITH TRANSGENDER INCLUSIVE RESOURCES COVERING HEALTH, HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT . CREATED AND PUBLISHED A TRANS SUPPORT RESOURCE MAP.
