1.SCHOOL GROWTH: SUPPORTED THE GROWTH OF HIGH-QUALITY SCHOOL OPERATORS IN FORT WORTH TO OPEN NEW SCHOOLS AND ENGAGE IN UNIQUE DISTRICT-CHARTER PARTNERSHIPS. 2.ADVOCACY: SUPPORTED PARENT ADVOCACY FELLOWSHIPS TO ADVOCATE FOR UPLIFTED PARENT VOICES IN EDUCATION. 3.TALENT: SUPPORTED TWO TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDERS TO SUPPORT A LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT AND LOCAL CHARTER ORGANIZATION TO DEVELOP HIGH-QUALITY PAID TEACHER RESIDENCIES TO CREATE ADDITIONAL QUALITY TEACHER PIPELINE PROGRAMS AND ENCOURAGE THE RETENTION OF MULTI-CLASSROOM LEADER TEACHERS.
