THE FOUNDATION RAISES FUNDS TO PROVIDE GRANTS AND SUPPORT THAT ENHANCE THE OVERALL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT THROUGHOUT THE DISTRICT, THE INDIVIDUAL SCHOOL CAMPUSES, AND AT EACH CLASSROOM LEVEL. THIS SUPPORT SEEKS TO IMPROVE THE STUDENTS SKILLS AND POSITIVELY IMPACT THEIR LIVES.

THROUGH CORPORATE AND PRIVATE FUNDRAISING EFFORTS, THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS AND RECOGNITION AWARDS TO RISD STAFF, TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS.
