ADDITIONALLY, THE CHRO ACADEMY PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN THE PERSPECTIVE OF BOARD AND CEO REGARDING THE EXPECTATIONS FOR THE CHRO. EXPENSES REFLECT MAILINGS, PRINTING, TECHNOLOGY FOR THE MEETING.

THE NAHR FOUNDATION FUNDS FIFTEEN SCHOLARSHIPS FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS STUDYING HR. THE SHRM FOUNDATION WILL SELECT THE SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS FOR ELEVEN OF THE SCHOLARSHIPS, AND THE FOLLOWING SCHOOLS EACH SELECT ONE: TUSKEGEE UNIVERSITY, SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY, NORTH CAROLINA A&T STATE UNIVERSITY AND MORGAN STATE BASED ON THEIR DEFINED CRITERIA. GRADUATE STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP BENEFICIARIES MUST BE ENROLLED IN A MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAM CLEARLY PURSUING AN EMPHASIS IN HR OR HR RELATED PROGRAMS. THE FOUNDATION FUNDED MEMORIAL DONATIONS FOR 5 FELLOWS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO PASSED IN 2022.
