THE CHRO ACADEMY IS DESIGNED AS A PLACE WHERE TOP HR LEADERS CAN MEET AND SHARE KNOWLEDGE WITH ACCLAIMED HUMAN RESOURCES EXPERTS AND THE MOST DISTINGUISHED AND EXPERIENCED HUMAN RESOURCES LEADERS. ADDITIONALLY, THE CHRO ACADEMY PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN THE PERSPECTIVE OF BOARD AND CEO REGARDING THE EXPECTATIONS FOR THE CHRO.THE 2021 CHRO ACADEMY WAS HELD VIRTUALLY DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDAMEIC. EXPENSES REFLECT MAILINGS, PRINTING, TECHNOLOGY FOR THE VIRTUAL MEETING.

THE SHRM FOUNDATION WILL SELECT THE SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS FOR THREE OF THE SCHOLARSHIPS AND TUSKAGEE WILL SELECT FOR ONE BASED ON THEIR DEFINED CRITERIA.GRADUATE STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP BENEFICIARIES MUST BE ENROLLED IN A MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAM CLEARLY PURSUING AN EMPHASIS IN HR OR HR RELATED PROGRAMS. THE FOUNDATION FUNDED MEMORIAL DONATIONS FOR 2 FELLOWS WHO PASSED IN 2021.
INCLUDES THE PAYROLL OF RESOURCES SERVING THE NEEDS OF HR PROFESSIONALS AND ADVANCING THE PRACTICES OF HUMAN RESOURCES THROUGH INITIATIVES SUCH AS RESEARCH, EDUCATION,WRITTEN AND VIDEO MATERIAL ON SPECIFIC CURRENT TOPICS, COACHING AND DIVERSITY PROJECTS.
