PROGRAM & FUNDRAISING - NMCF MANAGES ENDOWED AND NON-PERMANENT DONOR ADVISED, NONPROFIT AGENCY, SCHOLARSHIP, DESIGNATED, COMMUNITY ADVISED, AND FIELD OF INTEREST FUNDS WHICH ADDRESS A WIDE RANGE OF ISSUES: EDUCATION, ARTS AND CULTURE, RURAL DEVELOPMENT, NATIVE PHILANTHROPY AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP, WOMEN, CHILDREN, AND FAMILIES, ENVIRONMENT AND ANIMAL PROTECTION, COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP, CIVIC ENGAGEMENT, AND HEALTH AND WELLNESS.
GRANTS - NMCF POOLS RESOURCES TO SUPPORT NEW MEXICOS MOST UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES,STRENGTHEN NEW MEXICOS NONPROFITS, AND GROW PHILANTHROPY ESPECIALLY IN RURAL NEWMEXICO, CONNECT DONORS TO VALUABLE PROJECTS AND VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES, AND WORK TOBE RESPONSIVE TO CURRENT, AND OFTEN URGENT, COMMUNITY NEEDS. NMCF INITIATED AND MANAGED PHILANTHROPIC PROGRAMS, GRANTMAKING, AND ACTIVITIES THAT ADDRESSED ISSUES THAT RANGED FROM RURAL ECONOMIES AND PROMOTING NATIVE LEADERSHIP TO ENSURING EQUALITY FOR WOMEN AND FAMILIES. NMCF ACCOMPLISHED THIS IMPORTANT WORK BY BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH COMMUNITY LEADERS, NONPROFITS, DONORS, AND THEIR FINANCIAL ADVISORS TO CREATE GREATER OPPORTUNITY AND PROSPERITY IN NEW MEXICO.
