THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A CHILDREN'S HOME FOR DEPENDENT CHILDREN WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED ABUSE AND NEGLECT. TWO LARGE HOMES ARE DESIGNATED FOR EXTENDED CARE, PROVIDING A HOME FOR CHILDREN NEEDING A PLACE TO LIVE FOR UP TO TWO YEARS OR LONGER UNTIL THEY CAN BE RESTORED TO THEIR NATURAL FAMILY. CERTIFIED COUNSELORS WORK WITH THE CHILDREN IN A PLAY THERAPY ROOM LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY.
KNMI, VERTICAL RADIO, LOCATED AT 88.9 ON THE FM DIAL, WAS THE FIRST CHRISTIAN RADIO STATION IN THE FOUR CORNERS REGION. SINCE 1980, KNMI HAS PROVIDED CHRISTIAN TEACHING, PUBLIC AFFAIRS PROGRAMS AND UPLIFTING MUSIC TO THE VARIED CULTURES IN THE FOUR CORNERS. IN RECENT YEARS, THE STATION HAS ALSO BROADCAST HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS. KNMI IS BROADCAST LIVE ON THE WORLD WIDE WEB AT VERTICALRADIO.ORG. THE STATION IS AN EDUCATIONAL NON-COMMERCIAL BROADCAST FACILITY FUNDED BY THE COMMUNITY.THE RADIO STATION IN 2021 CEASED OPERATIONS AND ITS LICENSES WERE SOLD.
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN IN CHILDCARE PROGRAM - SINCE 1998, THE ORGANIZATION HAD OPERATED AN ON-SITE SCHOOL IN COOPERATION WITH THE FARMINGTON, NM SCHOOLS. BECAUSE MANY OF THE CHILDREN COME FROM TRAUMATIC BACKGROUNDS, THE SMALLER SETTING HAS BEEN A LIFELINE TO THESE CHILDREN WHO COME STRUGGLING WITH ACADEMICS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED AFTER SCHOOL CARE THAT HELPS WITH HOMEWORK, CRAFTS AND NAVAJO TRAINING.
