DURING THE YEAR, THERE WERE 10,401 GUESTS, 486 MEALS PREPARED, AND 62,756 TRAYS SERVED. TEJAS PLANS ON PROVIDING THE SAME SERVICE IN THE FOLLOWING YEARS. DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC, THE ACTIVITY CONDUCTED BY TEJAS DURING THE YEAR ENDED AUGUST 31, 2021 WAS DRASTICALLY REDUCED.
