THE COUNCIL SERVES YOUTH AND ADULTS THROUGH 143 CUB SCOUT PACKS, BOY SCOUT TROOPS, EXPLORER POSTS, AND LEARNING FOR LIFE GROUPS. THE COUNCIL'S COMPREHENSIVE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO MOBILIZE PARENTS, NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTS, COMMUNITY LEADERS, AND ORGANIZATIONS TO DEVELOP PERSONAL FITNESS AND CHARACTER IN CHILDREN AND YOUTH. THE COUNCIL PROMOTES BOY SCOUTING AND MAINTAINS A BOY SCOUT CAMP.
