TO DEVELOP A FUND TO FINANCIALLY SUPPORT THE MISSION, VALUES, AND PROGRAMS FOR THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA BY PROMOTING AND SOLICITING GIFTS, GRANTS, AND MATCHING FUNDS FROM INDIVIDUALS, CORPORATIONS, AND FOUNDATIONS INTERESTED IN SUPPORTING SCOUTING THROUGH THEIR LOCAL COUNCILS AND OTHER SCOUTING ORGANIZATIONS, BOTH NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY. PROVIDE EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE DURING NATURAL DISASTERS.


PROVIDING CAMPERSHIPS, UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT AND TRAVEL STIPENDS TO DISADVANTAGED YOUTH AND SCOUT LEADERS, TO ENABLE THEM TO ATTEND OUTDOOR LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS AT BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA HIGH ADVENTURE BASES, ESPECIALLY THE SUMMIT FACILITY IN WEST VIRGINIA.


PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS TO YOUTH TO ATTEND COLLEGE AND OTHER HIGHER-EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES, BASED ON MERIT APPLICATIONS AND ACHIEVEMENTS WITHIN THE SCOUTING PROGRAM. EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE FOR SCOUTS IN DISASTER AREAS.
