THE COUNCIL PROVIDES SCOUTING EXPERIENCES TO THE YOUTH IN ITS TERRITORY WHICH TEACHES YOUTH TO CONFRONT ANY CHALLENGE WITH WHOLE HEARTS AND CLEAR MINDS - TO LIVE THEIR LIVES WITHOUT REGRET, NEVER BACK DOWN, AND DO THEIR VERY BEST. DISCOVERY IS AT THE HEART OF SCOUTING. WHETHER ITS A CAMPOUT, DERBY CAR RACE, OR HIKE ON THE TRAIL, EVERY ADVENTURE HELPS US UNCOVER A LITTLE MORE ABOUT OURSELVES. WE BUILD THE FOUNDATIONS FOR HUMILITY AND COMPASSION - STRENGTHENING CHARACTER THROUGH ACTIONS - TO PREPARE YOUTH FOR A LIFETIME OF LEADERSHIP.DURING 2022, THE COUNCIL HAD OVER 10,000 MEMBERS INVOLVED IN OVER 400 SCOUTING UNIT AND 360 NEW EAGLE SCOUTS. THERE WERE OVER 6,400 ADULT VOLUNTEERS AND A TOTAL OF OVER 99,000 SERVICE HOURS LOGGED.
