ENDING GUN VIOLENCE - THE GOAL OF THIS INITIATIVE IS TO ENCOURAGE YOUNG PEOPLE TO CHOOSE PEACE INSTEAD OF VIOLENTCE THROUGH; - A PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN TO PROMOTE PEACE INSTEAD OF VIOLENCE. WIELDING PEACE INSTAGRAM - WORKSHOPS PARTNERED WITH INNER CITY ARTS FOR MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FOCUSING ON CHOOSING PEACE AND ENDING GUN VIOLENCE THROUGH DIFFERENT ARTISTIC MEDIUMS (DANCE, PHOTOGRAPHY, VISUAL ART, ETC.). - PARTNERING WITH AGENCIES THAT ARE CHANGING GUN LAWS AND INCREASING VOTER REGISTRATION, INCLUDING WWW.GIFFORDS.ORG.
CURING EPILEPSY & ELIMINATING SUEDP - IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT WE FOCUS ON CURING EPILEPSY AND ELIMINATING SUDEP AS 1 IN 26 PEOPLE IN THE US WILL DEVELOP EPILEPSY IN THEIR LIFETIME. THERE ARE CURRENTLY 65 MILLION LIVING WITH EPILEPSY AND A 1.16/1000 CHANCE OF DYING OF SUDEP. THE CAMERON BOYCE FOUNDATION WILL ADDRESS THIS THROUGH RESEARCH AND EDUCATION:- DIGITAL EDUCATION THROUGH ORIGINAL CONTENT, SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS, AND THE K(NO)W SUDEP NOW CAMPAIGN, BRINGING AWARENESS TO SUDDEN UNEXPLAINED DEATH IN EPILEPSY.
