THIS CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND WILL BE OPERATED AT ALL TIMES EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS. ALL DISTRIBUTIONS WILL BE IN THE FORM OF CASH GRANTS TO 8 PUBLIC CHARITIES-- GRASSROOTS INTERNATIONAL, INC.; RESIST, INC.; DAVIS-PUTTER SCHOLARSHIP FUND; CENTER FOR BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY, INC.; 350.ORG; COALITION FOR COMPASSION AND JUSTICE; EARTHJUSTICE; AND GREENPEACE FUND, INC. THAT WILL BE 100% OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE CORPORATION. IT WILL NOT ENGAGE IN ANYTHING OTHER THAN PASSIVE INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES AND GRANTS ACTIVITIES AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
