THE FORMATION PROJECT'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO SAFETY, STABILITY, AND CONNECTION. WE STRIVE TO BUILD A RESILIENT COMMUNITY FREE FROM EXPLOITATION BY PROVIDING SOCIAL SERVICES TO SURVIVORS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING.

THE ORGANIZATION PILOTED AND MANAGED TFP'S FIRST TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM. THIS LED TO MORE INDEPENDENCE FOR THE RESIDENTS WHO GRADUATED FROM THE HOUSE AND KEY LEARNINGS FOR THE ORGANIZATION TO FURTHER DEVELOP THIS INTO A SUCCESSFUL MODEL. THE ORGANIZATION SERVED 70 SURVIVORS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND EXPLOITATION, AMONG WHOM HAD 62 CHILDREN. THE ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED A CRITERIA FOR GRADUATION FROM CASE MANAGEMENT.
