DURING 2021 THE ORGANIZATION HELD A COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS EVENT TO FURTHER THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR BIPOC WHO ARE AFFECTED BY IBD, DIGESTIVE DISORDERS AND ASSOCIATED CHRONIC ILLNESSES THROUGH COMMUNITY, RESEARCH, EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY. ADVOCATING FOR THE COCCI CULTURE (AFTCC) IS AN EVENT WHERE PATIENT ADVOCATES DISCUSS IMPORTANT POLICIES AND LEGISLATIONS THAT ARE PRIORITIES TO COCCI AND MEET WITH MEMBERS OF CONGRESS TO EFFECT CHANGE.
