THESE CHAPLAINS THEN DISTRIBUTE THE PACKAGES TO MILITARY PERSONNEL, WHICH HELPS THEM DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE SOLDIERS. THE PACKAGES ARE MADE AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE THROUGH THE ORGANIZATION'S WEBSITE.
