ITS SOLE ACTIVITY IS RECEIVING, HOLDING, AND INVESTING EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS TO FUND WELFARE BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYEES, AND DISTRIBUTING FUNDS TO PAY FOR EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PURSUANT TO PLANS MAINTAINED BY THE ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF PORTLAND. (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O...)THE TRUST PROVIDES MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, AND PHARMACY BENEFITS TO ITS MEMBERS THROUGH A SELF-FUNDED GROUP HEALTH PLAN. ELIGIBILITY FOR BENEFITS IS OPEN TO ANY EMPLOYEE OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF PORTLAND WHO IS A ROMAN CATHOLIC PRIEST INCARDINATED IN THE ROMAN CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF PORTLAND (ACTIVE OR RETIRED), A PRIEST INCARDINATED IN THE DIOCESE AND SERVING OUTSIDE THE DIOCESE, OR A PRIEST WHO IS A MEMBER OF A RELIGIOUS ORDER OR COMMUNITY, SERVING IN A DIOCESAN ASSIGNMENT. ALL MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE ELIGIBLE FOR BENEFITS.
