ESTABLISH AND SUPPORT A TRAINING PROGRAM IN THE SKILLED MANUFACTURING TRADES. THE PROGRAM SUPPORTS INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE FACED BARRIERS TO OBTAINING LONG-TERM EMPLOYMENT AND HAVE AN INTEREST IN LEARNING A SKILLED TRADE.
