THE APPELLATE PROJECT (TAP) HAS CONTINUED TO MAKE SIGNIFICANT STRIDES OVER THE PAST YEAR. IN 2021, WE HAVE: (1) LAUNCHED THE SECOND YEAR OF OUR FLAGSHIP MENTORSHIP PROGRAM, WHICH CREATED MEANINGFUL NETWORKING AND MENTORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR OVER 140 LAW STUDENTS OF COLOR WITH SOME OF THE MOST PROLIFIC SUPREME COURT AND APPELLATE LITIGATORS AROUND THE COUNTRY. TAP STUDENTS HAVE ALREADY OBTAINED HIGHLY COMPETITIVE APPELLATE INTERNSHIPS, FELLOWSHIPS, AND CLERKSHIPS (INCLUDING FEDERAL APPELLATE CLERKSHIPS).
