RESEARCH AND EDUCATION: THE RESEARCH AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS INCLUDED QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE RESEARCH ON CLEAN ENERGY AND CONSERVATION ISSUES. THE TYPES OF STUDIES INCLUDED: PUBLIC OPINION SURVEYS, IN-PERSON AND ONLINE FOCUS GROUPS, AND ANALYSIS OF THE PUBLIC SOCIAL MEDIA CONVERSATION RELATED TO CLEAN ENERGY AND CONSERVATION ISSUES. THIS WORK INCLUDED TRAVEL AND OPERATING EXPENSES RELATED TO FIELDING STUDIES. GRANTS WERE ALSO PROVIDED TO NON-PROFIT PARTNERS TO SUPPORT RESEARCH AND PUBLIC EDUCATION EFFORTS IN LINE WITH THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION.
