NEVADA HEALTH AND BIOSCIENCE ASSET CORPORATION (NHBAC) WAS INCORPORATED ON MAY 30, 2019 AND SUBMITTED THEIR APPLICATION FOR EXEMPT STATUS WHICH WAS APPROVED BY THE IRS EFFECTIVE ON THE DATE OF INCORPORATION. THE KIRK KERKORIAN MEDICAL EDUCATION BUILDING AT UNLV BROKE GROUND ON OCTOBER 29TH, 2019. IT IS ON TRACK FOR COMPLETION IN OCTOBER OF 2022, WELL AHEAD OF THE NSHE UNLV/NHBC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT COMPLETION DATE OF 2025.(CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)THE 135,000 SQ. FT., 5 STORY BUILDING WILL HOUSE THE EDUCATION COMPONENT FOR THE KIRK KERKORIAN SCHOOL OF MEDICINE AT UNLV, A REQUIRED ELEMENT FOR THE SCHOOL'S FULL ACCREDITATION. THIS WILL ALSO ALLOW THE SCHOOL TO INCREASE ITS CURRENT 60 STUDENTS PER CLASS TO UPWARDS OF UP TO 120 STUDENTS PER CLASS. THE BUILDING WILL CONTAIN STATE-OF-THE-ART EDUCATION SPACE, SIMULATION CENTER FACILITIES, DIGITAL MEDICAL LIBRARY, A PREMIER BEAUTIFUL FORUM FOR LARGE STUDENT AND COMMUNITY EVENTS AND MORE, EXEMPLIFYING THE MOST CURRENT ATTRIBUTES IN MEDICAL EDUCATION LEARNING TODAY.
