PROVIDED ON-SIDE JOB TRAINING IN AN ENVIRONMENT FOR ADULTS LIVING WITH DISABILITIES IN ORDER TO DEVELOP SOCIAL SKILLS AND LIFE SKILLS. THE FACILTY PROVIDES A SECURED ENVIRONMENT FOR COMMUNITY OUTINGS, IN-HOUSE RECREATION. EACH CLIENT WORKS ON AN INDIVIDUAL CARE PLAN TO DEVELOP ATTENTION TO SCHEDULING, HYGIENE, HOUSEHOLD TASKS AND MONEY SKILLS TO BECOME MORE INDEPENDENT.
