POUNDBURY IS A REMARKABLE LIVABILITY LABORATORY OF MULTIPLE EXPERIMENTS IN ECOLOGICAL TECHNOLOGY, SOCIALLY SUPPORTIVE DESIGN AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY.
