BHSC PROVIDED ACADEMIC SUPPORT FOR HOMESCHOOL FAMILIES, WITH 88 STUDENTS AGES 6 TO 16 IN CORE SUBJECTS AND EXTRACURRICULAR SUBJECTS INCLUDING MATH, SCIENCE, ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS, LITERATURE, COMPOSITION, SPANISH, LATIN, ARTIST AND COMPOSER STUDY, NATURE JOURNALING, GEOGRAPHY, HANDICRAFTS, ART, LOGIC, WRITING, AND CHOIR. EDUCATORS AND PROFESSORS KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THEIR SUBJECTS WERE EMPLOYED TO TEACH. BHSC ALSO PROVIDES OPPORTUNITY FOR SOCIAL CONTACT FOR HOMESCHOOLED CHILDREN IN A FRIENDLY CHRISTIAN ENVIRONMENT. FOR PARENTS, BHSC PROVIDED A BOOK CLUB TO SUPPORT CONTINUED SELF-EDUCATION FOR THEIR INDIVIDUAL HOMESCHOOL PROGRAMS.
