GSF MISSION IS TO CONDUCT PRACTICAL EDUCATION TRAINING PROGRAMS THAT PREPARE INDIVIDUALS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR THE DIGITAL AGE. OUR PROGRAMS INCLUDE WORKFORCE TRAINING INITIATIVES WITH INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERS, CAREER & LEADERSHIP TECH TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR MINORITIES AND YOUTH, BUSINESS AND TECH TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR SME, STARTUPS AND EARLY STAGE COMPANIES. WE HAVE THE WORLD'S FASTEST GROWING COMMUNITY OF BENEFICIARIES DUE TO OUR TENURE IN HOSTING AND MANAGING REMOTE ONLINE ACCELERATOR PROGRAMS OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS.

WE HAVE A FUTURE OF WORK INITIATIVE WHICH INCLUDES A DIVERSITY INCLUSION CAREER PROGRAM FOR PEOPLE OF COLOR IN THE USA FEATURING A MULTI WEEK CAREER ACCELERATOR TRAINING SERIES PROGRAM FOLLOWED BY REMOTE INTERNSHIP PLACEMENTS AND CAREER JOB FAIRS, TRAINING INCLUDES SKILLS TRAINING ON THE TOP 10 ON DEMAND SKILLS OF THE DECADE, SOFT SKILLS TRAINING, CIVIC LEADERSHIP, PERSONAL BRANDING AND POSITIONING, AND FUTURE TECH AWARENESS (IOT, AI, BLOCKCHAIN, VR, NANO, SPACE TECH, ETC). WE ALSO INCLUDE CULTURAL IDENTITY AND MENTAL HEALTH WELLNESS EXPERIENCE. THIS PROGRAM WAS FUNDED AND BEGAN IN 2021.GSF LAB SUCCESSFULLY HOSTED THE 2ND EDITION OF THE AFRO FUTURE CAREER ACCELERATOR- A CAREER TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR PEOPLE OF COLOR ACROSS THE UNITED STATES. WE WORKED WITH 25+ SPEAKERS/TRAINERS, 10 PARTNERS AND SUPPORTED A COHORT OF OVER 100, REACHED 6,400 PEOPLE VIA THE WORKSHOP AND ANNUAL PROGRAM SERIES.
DONATION COMMUNITY RAISE (GIVING TUESDAY INCLUDED). SUPPORT ADMINISTRATIVE WORK AND VIRTUAL TRAINING SESSIONS FOR THE PUBLIC.
2.WE HAVE A DIGITAL SKILLS INDUSTRY FORWARD INITIATIVE WHERE WE TRAIN YOUNG PEOPLE AGES 18-35 IN CAREER INDUSTRIES THAT ARE CRUCIAL PARTS OF THE COUNTRY'S GDP. GSF SUCCESSFULLY HOSTED THE CAREER TOURISM CAREER ACCELERATOR PROGRAM FOR 2022 WITH 2 COMPLETED COHORTS. THE FIRST ONE SUPPORTING 250 HAITIAN CITIZENS FOR THE COHORT FOR A 10 WEEK PROGRAM INCLUDING TRAINING WITH 30 SPEAKERS, 55 PARTNERS AND 28 INTERNSHIP HOSTS. THE SECOND COHORT SUPPORTED 150 HAITIAN CITIZENS, 35 SPEAKERS, 55 PARTNERS AND 25 INTERNSHIP HOSTS. DESPITE ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL UNREST IN THE COUNTRY WE WERE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAMS AND REACH 1200 ADDITIONAL TRAINEES VIA THE INITIATIVE.
GSF STARTUP CAREER ACCELERATORS- EVERY YEAR WE HOST ONE OF THE WORLD'S LARGEST ONLINE STARTUP CAREER ACCELERATOR PROGRAM. THIS TARGETS ENTREPRENEURS IN THE SME OR STARTUP STAGE WHO WANT TO LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF BUILDING/SCALING THEIR BUSINESS WHILE MANAGING THEIR CAREER GOALS AND OBJECTIVES. THIS IS A FREE PROGRAM SERIES THAT IS SUPPORTED BY COMMUNITY DONATIONS AND PARTNERS WHO PROVIDE OVER $100,000 IN NON CASH SUPPORT IN THE FORM OF FREE CREDITS, MENTORSHIP AND SUPPORT. WE COMPLETED A STARTUP PROGRAM WITH PITCH DEMO AND A MAJOR TECH SUMMIT EVENT IN NIGERIA FOR RISING ENTREPRENEURS.
