GSNR IS CURRENTLY IN THE MATURE PHASE OF PRE-DEVELOPMENT PHASE OF OPERATIONS AND RAPIDLY APPROACHING ITS ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, AND CONSTRUCTION PHASE, TARGETED FOR FALL 2023. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT FUTURE FULL OPERATIONS WILL INCLUDE THE REMOVAL OF EXCESS BIOMASS FROM FORESTS FOR EVENTUAL CONVERSION INTO INDUSTRIAL PELLETS AVAILABLE FOR EXPORT AND UTILIZATION FOR ENERGY GENERATION IN MARKETS CONVERTING FROM COAL TO BIOMASS ENERGY GENERATION. MOST OF EXPENSES INCURRED DURING THE YEAR RELATE TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED SITE SELECTION PROCESS.
