GSNR WAS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING PUBLIC SAFETY, FOREST RESILIENCY, WILDFIRE RISK REDUCTION, AIR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT, ORGANIC WASTE REDUCTION, RURAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND PUBLIC PURPOSES THERETO. ACCORDINGLY, GSNR IS CONSIDERED A GOVERNMENTAL UNIT FOR FINANCIAL REPORTING PURPOSES.

GSNR IS CURRENTLY IN THE PRE-DEVELOPMENT PHASE OF OPERATIONS RELATED TO SITE SELECTION FOR UP TO TWO INDUSTRIAL PELLET MANUFACTURING FACILITIES. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT FUTURE FULL OPERATIONS WILL INCLUDE THE REMOVAL OF EXCESS BIOMASS FROM FORESTS FOR EVENTUAL CONVERSION INTO INDUSTRIAL PELLETS AVAILABLE FOR EXPORT AND UTILIZATION FOR ENERGY GENERATION IN MARKETS CONVERTING FROM COAL TO BIOMASS ENERGY GENERATION. MOST OF EXPENSES INCURRED DURING THE YEAR RELATE TO ABOVE MENTIONED SITE SELECTION PROCESS.
